What does a bKash transaction ID look like?
It is a string of capital letters and numbers, labeled TrxID. Each payment gets its own ID, and no two are the same. It is different from your bKash account number, the receiver's number and any reference text you type yourself.
Because it is unique, it lets the receiver find your payment among thousands of others in a few seconds.
Where can I find my TrxID?
There are two easy places to look, plus a fallback.
- 1. The confirmation SMS: after a successful payment, bKash sends a message that includes the amount, the receiver and the TrxID.
- 2. The bKash app: open the transaction history or statement section and tap the payment to see its details, including the TrxID.
- 3. The success screen: right after paying, the app shows a confirmation screen. Take a screenshot before closing it.
- 4. If none of these work, contact bKash customer care through its official app or channels and ask them to look up the payment.
How do I enter it in a casino cashier?
Cashiers that use manual matching usually show a short form after you choose bKash: the amount you sent, the number you sent from and the TrxID. Copy the TrxID from the SMS or app, paste it into the field and check that no spaces or extra characters came along.
Some cashiers work differently and redirect you to a bKash payment page instead, in which case the ID is recorded automatically. Follow whatever the OKZZ cashier shows when you choose bKash.
Tip: always copy and paste. A single mistyped character, such as O for 0, is enough for the ID to be rejected.
Why might the cashier reject my TrxID?
When a TrxID will not go through, the cause is usually one of these:

Can someone misuse my TrxID?
