How do you update the OKZZ app? Because the Android app comes as a direct download, it does not update itself through the Play Store. Instead, the app may prompt you, or you download a fresh file from the official Download APP button. This page explains both routes, plus cache clearing and clean reinstalls. How do I know an update is needed?
Common signs include a pop-up asking you to update, games that will not load while the website works fine, or buttons that look different from the website. If the mobile site works but the app does not, an outdated app is the likely cause.

How do I install a newer version?
Follow these steps:
- Open okzz.org in your browser and tap Download APP.
- Open the new file; Android may offer to update the existing app.
- If it says App not installed, uninstall the old version first.
- Install the new file and log in again.
When should I clear the cache?
Clear the cache when images fail to load, the lobby looks broken, or the app keeps freezing. Go to Settings, Apps, find the OKZZ app, then Storage, and tap Clear cache. This removes temporary files only.
Clear data goes further and logs you out. Use it if clearing the cache does not help, and make sure you know your password first.
Is a clean reinstall worth it?
Yes, when nothing else works. Uninstall the app, restart the phone, download a fresh copy from the official site and install it. Your account, balance and history stay with OKZZ, so you lose nothing except saved settings on that phone.
What about iPhone users?
The Home Screen icon on iPhone loads the live site each time, so it updates automatically. If it misbehaves, delete it and add it again as shown in the iOS guide.
